Search for homes: Funnel Process: selection, tour properties, narrow down options. MLS, online searching, and auto email notifications.
Making an Offer: I will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis on the property and create the offer based on the price and terms instructed by you.
Negotiation and Contract: We will discuss your motivation, terms, price, and motivation. Review all items in the contract.
Under Contact: You and the Seller have agreed to the price and terms. The home is effectively held for you until closing.
Fine details: Due Diligence by Seller, Inspection, Survey, and Appraisal
Preparing for Closing: Loan finalization, General Warranty Deed, Funding
